Now that the official announcement has come out about Jeunesse Global acquiring mynt / MonaVie, there have been a lot of questions from distributors and consumers as to which direction the partnership will take?
mynt CEO, Mauricio Bellora has sent out a letter to all Brand Promoters at mynt and MonaVie explaining more about the details of the partnership:
Dear MonaVie and mynt Family,
We are excited to share that we have successfully completed our two-year program to restructure and advance MonaVie, as a company, with new financing and ownership under Jeunesse Global, one of the fastest growing companies in network marketing. Ownership by Jeunesse means MonaVie can now move forward with a strong balance sheet and the right financial partner to support the company’s growth. This acquisition creates a leading multi-generational healthy living company under the Jeunesse brand.
As a combined company, the Jeunesse brands will now operate a global platform with a network of more than 4 million distributors in over 100 countries, supporting multi-generational consumers from Generation Y to Baby Boomers with numerous products to help them to live healthier lifestyles.
Before you delve into the rest of the email, please know that the mynt and MonaVie brands and our product lines are not changing. Both companies will move forward with business as usual. In fact, I talked directly to Scott Lewis, the Chief Visionary Officer at Jeunesse, and he has assured me that the distributor/promoter tree will remain intact as is and will stay separated. Our compensation plan will also stay intact, and cross recruiting between companies will not be tolerated.
