Apple Pie Protein Shake

A fall season holiday favorite, the Apple Pie Protein Shake!

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Bean CORE protein powder
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced (or 1/2 cup sugar-free applesauce)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 cups ice

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
