A fall season holiday favorite, the Apple Pie Protein Shake!
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 scoops Vanilla Bean CORE protein powder
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced (or 1/2 cup sugar-free applesauce)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 cups ice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
