Egg Nog Protein Shake
A creamy rich Egg Nog Protein Shake to ring in the holidays!
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 scoops Vanilla Bean CORE protein powder
- 1 cup skim milk
- Half of a banana
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
