Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Try these Peanut Butter Protein Balls as a great healthy snack for you or the kids!
Ingredients (10 servings):
- 1 scoop CORE Double Chocolate protein powder
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 3 tbsp. mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 3 tbsp. chopped walnuts
- Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls about 1 inch in size. Let set in the fridge for about ½ hour. Store in airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
