Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Try these Peanut Butter Protein Balls as a great healthy snack for you or the kids!

Ingredients (10 servings):


  • Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls about 1 inch in size. Let set in the fridge for about ½ hour. Store in airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!

    Curious how many balls per serving? I’m trying to figure the calories and carbs for this as I’m also type 1 diabetic.

    • Hi Gina, I haven’t figured out the breakdown of calories and carbs, but just go ingredient by ingredient and it shouldn’t be too hard to get those numbers. Did you ever make a batch?

        I sure did and they were awesome. I made a lot of people try them and they went over really well! Didn’t look as pretty as yours but tasted great! I think I got the carb count close but my problem was just how many balls totaled the 10g carbs. I figured about 3-5 but my blood sugar was still off son it’s not exactly that!

        • Great! Try using the mini chocolate chips and chop the walnuts really fine and the balls will come out much smoother.
