Protein Breakfast Crepes

Start the day off right with some protein breakfast crepes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop CORE Vanilla Bean Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Butter (melted)

Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients together with mixer.
  • Use a griddle or crepe maker to cook.
  • Top crepes with your favorite berries. Enjoy!

Tips: If sticky, use a bit of oil on pan. If crepe batter is too thick, add water.
