1. Stay focused
With so many distractions in the world today, especially with the “Twitter Feed mentality,” it’s easy to get distracted and bounce all over the place. It’s important to stay focus on the objective and shut out all the unnecessary noise.

2. Lead by example
Always do what you say you were going to do. If you are telling your team to do one thing, make sure you are also doing that one thing. Be honest, upfront, and don’t exaggerate your product or business. At the same time, always be positive and uplifting for your fellow teammates.

3. Keep it simple
Always be trying to reduce everything down to the lowest common denominator. Make the details into something easy to understand.
